服务说明 Service description
Hanzi Heroes 提供汉字学习相关的短课次、描红/挑战与练习游戏，以及公开知识页。账号由使用者（通常为家长）负责保管登录信息，并对账户活动负责。
Hanzi Heroes provides short Chinese-character lessons, tracing/Challenge practice, games, and public knowledge pages. You (usually a parent) are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity on the account.
可接受使用 Acceptable use
请合法、善意使用本服务。禁止滥用接口、破坏系统、骚扰他人、冒充他人，或将服务用于欺诈、侵权或其他违法目的。我们可在合理情形下限制或终止违规账号。
Use the service lawfully and in good faith. Do not abuse APIs, disrupt systems, harass others, impersonate anyone, or use the service for fraud, infringement, or other unlawful purposes. We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
订阅与付费 Subscription and payment
年费会员为 NZD $29 / 年，与 Pricing 一致：通过微信转账，管理员确认后开通（非官方即时支付）。退款以购买时说明为准。会员为手动年费开通，不会自动扣款续订。
Annual membership is NZD $29 / year, aligned with Pricing: WeChat transfer, then admin grant (not instant card payment). Refunds are as stated in the purchase notice at the time of purchase. Membership is granted manually each year; there is no auto-renew charge.
知识产权 Intellectual property
课程编排、题库、游戏内容与相关媒资归运营方或其许可方所有。你可以个人学习使用；未经许可不得复制、转售或大规模抓取用于商业用途。
Lesson structure, question banks, game content, and related media belong to the operator or its licensors. Personal learning use is fine; do not copy, resell, or scrape at scale for commercial use without permission.
免责与责任限制 Liability
本产品为教育辅助工具，不保证特定学习结果，也不替代学校或专业教学。在法律允许范围内，运营方对间接损失、数据丢失或服务中断的责任以合理范围为限。
This is an educational aid. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes and do not replace school or professional instruction. To the extent allowed by law, liability for indirect loss, data loss, or service interruption is limited to a reasonable scope.
