适合多大年龄？What ages is it for?
大约 5–12 岁，建议家长陪伴指导。About ages 5–12, with a parent guiding along.
孩子需要已经会中文吗？Does my child need prior Chinese?
不需要。课程从零基础起步，用描红与游戏帮助认字。No. Lessons start from scratch with tracing and games.
免费能学什么？付费是什么？Free vs paid?
免费课可直接学。付费为年付 NZ$59/年（省 38%）或月付 NZ$8/月，银行卡自动续费、随时取消；年付也可银行转账或微信 ¥199（人工确认开通）。Free courses stay open. Paid plans: NZ$59/yr (save 38%) or NZ$8/mo on card with auto-renew; annual also via bank transfer or WeChat ¥199 with manual confirmation.
如何取消 / 续订？How do I cancel or renew?
银行卡订阅自动续费，可在账单页随时取消（取消后当期结束前仍可用）。转账开通的会员为手动年费、不自动续订，到期后按原方式再次开通即可。Card subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime from your billing page; access lasts until the period ends. Manual-transfer memberships do not auto-renew—purchase again the same way when your year ends.
学习进度保存在哪里？Where is progress stored?
登录账号后，进度以服务端为准保存在账户中。匿名试用只留在本机，不承诺跨设备同步。When signed in, progress is saved on your account (server-authoritative). Anonymous trial data stays on that device only—we do not promise cross-device sync.
挑战和普通描红有什么区别？Challenge vs normal tracing?
普通描红用于练习；只有完成 Challenge（挑战）才算掌握，并解锁 Quiz / Match 等练习。Normal tracing is practice; mastery—and unlocking Quiz / Match—requires finishing Challenge.
