收集哪些数据 What we collect
为提供服务，我们可能处理：账号邮箱；学习进度与完成记录；支付相关记录（如年费转账订单与开通状态）。匿名试用数据主要留在本机，不承诺跨设备同步。
To run the service we may process: account email; learning progress and completion records; payment-related records (for example annual-membership transfer orders and grant status). Anonymous trial data mainly stays on that device; we do not promise cross-device sync.
用途 Purposes
用于登录与账号安全、保存并展示学习进度、支持会员开通与客服沟通，以及发送必要的事务性邮件（如密码重置）。
We use this data to sign you in and keep accounts secure, store and show learning progress, support membership grants and support conversations, and send necessary transactional email (for example password reset).
儿童与家长 Children and parents
产品面向孩子学习，但账号由家长注册与管理。请家长对孩子的使用与设置负责。
The product is for kids learning Chinese characters, but accounts are created and managed by parents. Parents are responsible for a child’s use of the account.
第三方服务 Third parties
事务性邮件可通过 Resend 投递。我们未在本页声称接入额外的分析 SDK；若日后变更，会在此更新说明。
Transactional email may be delivered via Resend. This page does not claim additional analytics SDKs; if that changes, we will update this notice.
